Kim Haxton is an Executive Creative Director and Partner at Mythology where for the past eight years she has lead advertising, built brands, and shaped the creative ambition for the agency, continually making work that drives culture. Under her guidance, Mythology earned Ad Ages’s Small Agency of the Year Award. Her most recent campaigns for A24 – Marty Supreme and The Drama – are two of the most acclaimed campaigns of 2026 and have been credited with rewriting the rules of film marketing altogether. Before Mythology, Kim was a Creative Director at Wieden+Kennedy New York where she led award-winning work Gap and Equinox. Over the course of her 22 year career she has developed iconic work for Converse, Starbucks, Virgin, Meta, Harry’s, Coca-Cola and others earning recognition for effectiveness and craft. She also invented two humans whom she lives with in NYC.
